Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Custom & Personalized Items
Due to the personalized nature of custom products, custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To process your claim, we require:
- Clear photos of the defective or damaged item
- Photos showing the issue from multiple angles
- Your order number
Once reviewed, we will determine whether a replacement, exchange, or refund is appropriate.
Refunds
After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
